Peggy & Mehga will lead you through an hour-long gentle yoga class. It’s a great class for beginners and everyone interested in exploring a gentle practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises, as well as a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and on the floor).
Yoga and other movement classes will continue throughout the day, including a special Master class with Peggy Cappy and Megha Nancy Buttenheim at The Pilates Studio.
Children are welcome (under 12 free), Bring your friends, a yoga mat, blanket and block if you want them. We will have a chair section so please let us know if you’d like to reserve a chair.
