Come join us for Morning Spearit Gentle Yoga and Let your Yoga Dance* with Peggy Cappy and Megha Nancy Buttenheim. Help us fill the Hadley Common with Yogis of all ages.  Children, adults and Chair Yogis welcome! Then stay for a full day of demos and classes!

Registration opens at 8:30 am.  Yoga at 10:00
